Terms & Conditions
The rules for using Shreeji Vedaa your rights, your responsibilities, and ours.
01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shreeji Vedaa (“Vedaa”, “we”, “us”) — the website at shreejivedaa.ai, the Vedaa application, and the related AI and consultation services. By creating an account, booking a consultation, or otherwise using Vedaa, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you are using Vedaa on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” means that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use Vedaa.
02What Vedaa is
Vedaa is an AI knowledge platform that provides information and implementation guidance for enterprise systems — principally Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Power Platform, Azure and Business Central — and connects you with certified expert consultants. Shreeji Softinfo Consultancy LLP, which operates Vedaa, is a Microsoft Certified Partner. However, Vedaa as a product is independent: it is not endorsed, sponsored, or certified by Microsoft, SAP, or any other vendor named on the platform.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract to use Vedaa. Vedaa is a professional tool and is not intended for children. By using Vedaa you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
04Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. In particular:
- Use a valid, unique sign-in email and don't share access with others.
- Provide accurate account and billing information, and keep it current.
- Notify us promptly at security@shreejivedaa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for the content you submit, including any files you upload to a conversation.
05Expert consultations and the free consultation
Alongside AI answers, Vedaa lets you book time with certified expert consultants:
- One free consultation per customer. Each customer is entitled to a single complimentary consultation. It can be used once; after it has been used, further consultations are provided under a paid plan.
- Booking & scheduling. Consultations are scheduled through our scheduling provider (Calendly). When you book, you provide details such as your name, email, any guest emails, and your agenda. You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time.
- Cancellation & reschedule. You (or the host) can cancel or reschedule a consultation using the links in the confirmation email, subject to any notice period stated at booking.
- Conversation review. To deliver a consultation effectively, a certified consultant may review the related conversation — but only where you have given consent. See our Privacy Policy and Trust Center.
Consultants provide implementation guidance and professional experience. They do not provide certified legal, financial, tax, or audit advice, and any guidance is subject to the disclaimers below.
06AI guidance — not a substitute for professional judgement
Vedaa's AI is a powerful assistant, but it is a guide, not a replacement for professional judgement on your live systems. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect, and may not reflect your specific environment.
- You must independently verify any critical step — especially financial postings, security roles, and configuration changes — before applying it in a production system.
- Vedaa provides information and implementation guidance only; it does not provide certified legal, financial, tax, or audit advice, and you should consult a qualified professional where such advice is required.
- You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on Vedaa's output.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vedaa to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Submit personal data of others without a lawful basis, or upload highly sensitive data unnecessarily.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models, source code, or prompts, or resell or redistribute the service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or bypass authentication, quotas, or security controls.
- Share account access, or use another customer's free consultation entitlement.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
08Fees, subscriptions and billing
Some features — including consultations beyond the free one, and any paid plans — require payment:
- Payments via Razorpay. Fees are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your card number. Every payment is verified server-side before paid access is granted.
- Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before you pay and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required. We may change prices prospectively, with notice for any recurring plan.
- Renewals. Where a plan is recurring, it renews for the stated period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops future charges.
- Refunds. The free consultation carries no charge. Paid consultations and plans are refundable only as described at the point of purchase or as required by applicable consumer law. Contact legal@shreejivedaa.com for billing questions.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
09Intellectual property and your content
Our IP. Vedaa, including the platform, its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Shreeji and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Vedaa in accordance with these Terms.
Your content. You keep ownership of the questions, files, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the service and to deliver consultations you request. AI output generated for you is provided for your use, “as is” and subject to the disclaimers below; you are responsible for how you use it.
10Third-party services and trademarks
Vedaa integrates with third-party services (such as payment, scheduling, email, and single sign-on providers), and your use of those may be subject to their own terms. Product names and marks such as “Microsoft”, “Dynamics 365”, “SAP”, “Azure” and “Power Platform” are trademarks of their respective owners; they are used for identification only, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
11Suspension and termination
You may stop using Vedaa and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, use the service in a way that risks harm to others or the platform, or where required by law.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will handle any remaining personal data in line with our Privacy Policy's retention rules; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply.
12Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedaa is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI answers will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights).
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedaa and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service — including any reliance on AI-generated output. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or a nominal sum where you have paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedaa and its affiliates from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction — except where mandatory local law (such as consumer-protection or data-protection law in your country of residence, including the GDPR for EEA/UK users) grants you additional rights or a different forum, which are unaffected by this clause. We encourage you to contact us first at legal@shreejivedaa.com so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice (such as an email or in-app message). Your continued use of Vedaa after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
