Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit, such as your sign-in status, your preferred language, and your timezone. That makes the next visit faster and more useful. Shreeji Vedaa uses cookies and similar browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) for the same reasons.

Our cookie banner groups cookies into three categories. Necessary cookies are always on without them the platform doesn't work, and under GDPR they don't require consent. Analytics and Marketing are strictly opt-in: they load only after you agree, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Manage cookie settings.

• Necessary (always on). Sign-in tokens, CSRF guards, session timeouts, and your customer-portal preferences (language, theme, detected timezone, currency). Also the local record of your own cookie choice. Without these the app cannot keep you signed in or protect your account, so they cannot be switched off.
• Analytics (opt-in). Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Aggregated, de-identified usage signals so we can see which features are used vs. ignored. These scripts are not loaded at all until you grant Analytics consent, and we do NOT cross-reference the signals with your account profile.
• Marketing (opt-in). Tags that help us measure and improve how we tell people about Shreeji Vedaa. Off by default and only enabled if you accept the Marketing category.

Separately, our integration partners Razorpay (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and Microsoft Teams (video calls) may set their own cookies when you reach a checkout, booking, or call surface. Those are governed by the partners' own cookie policies; see the Third-party cookies section below.

The specific places cookies show up in our product:

• Keeping you signed in across page refreshes and tabs.
• Remembering your active product context (Dynamics, Power Platform, etc.) on the console.
• Cancelling an abandoned Razorpay payment: when you dismiss the payment modal, we release the Calendly slot you reserved.
• Storing your detected timezone so consultation slots display in your local time without a server round-trip.
• Surfacing the right currency on consultation plans (USD / EUR / INR) based on your geolocation result.

When you reach our consultation booking, payment, or video-call surfaces, you may encounter cookies set directly by our integration partners: Razorpay, Calendly, and Microsoft Teams. Shreeji Vedaa does not read or modify those cookies; they belong to the third party, and their own cookie policies govern how they are used. We've chosen these providers specifically because they publish detailed cookie disclosures and offer enterprise data-processing addenda.

You're in control. On your first visit a banner asks you to Accept all, Reject all, or Customize the Analytics and Marketing categories. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and non-necessary cookies stay off until you opt in. You can revisit this decision at any time:

• Open Manage cookie settings to change or withdraw consent for Analytics and Marketing. Changes take effect immediately, with no reload needed.
• Clear cookies via your browser settings. You'll be signed out and your stored choice reset, so the banner re-appears.
• Set your browser to refuse cookies entirely. Note: necessary cookies cannot be refused without breaking sign-in.

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) preference. The web industry has not settled on a uniform interpretation of DNT, so Shreeji Vedaa does not currently respond to it. If you want to opt out of analytics, use the cookie preferences in the app instead; that signal we honour directly.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove integrations, change how we use existing cookies, or in response to legal or regulatory changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects when this policy was last revised. Material changes are announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
